Interview by #MatthewSawyer

Have you worked on any projects recently that you’re excited to be a part of? Is there anything we should keep our eyes out for?

I recently worked on the second feature film for Relic Films UK which was great fun. Their first feature film ‘Among the Living’ is soon to be released! So keep an eye out for that.

Do you have a particular film, either short or feature, that is a personal favourite?

I’ll always have a soft spot for the first short film I ever worked on, ‘Collection’, also with Relic Films.

Is there a story/character you’d like to portray that you haven’t had the chance to portray yet?

I would love the chance to work in a role in the sci-fi/fantasy genre.

How old were you when you decided you wanted to be an actor? Do you have any particular inspirations in the acting world?

I was probably around 14 or 15 when I first realised it was something I really enjoyed doing. I thought I was a musical theatre lover, but acting is what I truly love. I adore Rachel McAdams and Olivia Cooke, they are inspirations to me, fantastic actors.

Lastly, we ask every person we interview this, what is your favourite film? And do you have a particular film that inspired you?

One of my favourite films is ‘Big Fish’ I absolutely love the storytelling in it. The film ‘About Time’ inspired me, not so much for the acting (although it is a superbly talented cast) but more so for its message of noticing the beauty all around us, even in the mundane.
